Policies
Reservations:
Please reserve your room with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. A 50%
deposit may be taken at this time. Final payment can be made with a credit
card, check, or cash.
There is a two night minimum on weekends 'in season', May 1 through
November 1. Please inquire for minimum requirements during other
times in the year and for holiday weekends. .
Arrivals:
We guarantee your room will be available for check-in at 3:00pm. We will
hold that room until 7:00pm on the day of check-in. If you will be arriving
after 7:00pm, please discuss and arrange for a late arrival with Cari, the
Innkeeper.
We will ask you for an approximate hour of arrival. This helps us to
plan our day and be well prepared for your arrival. If you believe you
will be earlier or later than the time in which we discussed, please call
and give us notice.
We are also prepared for a "self-check-in" process. This can be
employed if you are unsure of your arrival time, or if our family has a
commitment during the time you would like to arrive.
Departures:
We ask that you depart the room by 11:00am on the day of your departure.
We are happy to hold your bags at the Inn if you wish to depart the
Village later than 11:00am.
Cancellations:
Because of our small size, we are greatly affected by untimely
cancellations; therefore we require at least fourteen days notice of
cancellation. After that, 50% of the room charge will be collected regardless
of reason for non-arrival or early departure.
If two or more rooms are reserved, 30 days advance notice is required.
Whole house rentals require at least 60 days notice of cancellation;
after that, no deposit refund is possible. All holidays will have a
nonrefundable 50% deposit.
We invite
children over
the age of 12.
If you reserve
the entire
house, you are
welcome to
invite babies,
toddlers, and
children.
We are unable
to host your
pets at our
home. Please
